At Natureland we are committed towards quality and supplying healthy and adulterant free food for everyone. We work towards our commitment for quality and is reflected in our modus operandi starting from the procurement of the commodities, storage processing, packing and till it reaches to the hand of end customers. It is the policy of Natureland Organic Foods Pvt. Ltd. to ensure ‘That the highest possible standards of food safety, quality and hygiene are achieved throughout all our processing activities.’ Natureland Organic Foods consistently manufacturers products that are safe. The facility operates under FSSAI regulations and a HACCP as well as BRC based quality system program that is independently audited by third party institutions following Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) – Safe Quality Foods (SQF) standards. Under these rigorous standards,
Natureland maintains many pre-requisite food safety programs such as Good Manufacturing Practices, Pest and Chemical Controls, Consumer Response System, Allergen Control, Sanitation Processes, Employee Training, Product Traceability and Recall, etc. Finally, supporting quality programs are in place to ensure all products are manufactured to meet pre-established specification parameters including sensory evaluation, product weight inspections, analysis of physical, chemical and microbiological variables.
The realization of the Quality Policy is achieved through:
• Implementation and management of the company’s Food Safety and Quality Management system to the global standard.
• Ensuring all staff are aware of and understand the companies Quality Policy and commitment to Quality & Safety.
• Conducting adequate training to a level commensurate with their work activity
Today, Natureland works with a set of 32000 farmers and has the organic philosophy spread across an impressive 10,6000 acres spanned across states of Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Karnatka, Maharashtra, Himanchal and Madhya Pradesh.
The entire impetus is not only towards monetary consideration, but backed by a constant R&D to obtain quality production through Crop Rotation, Green Manuring, Vermicompost, Biological inputs such as herbal growth promoters and highly selective seeds varieties to suit different agro climate in India. Based out of Sriganganagar, Rajasthan, and borders to Punjab, thus falls under agrarian belt of India with diversity of crop sown every year. To ensure organic cultivation, availability of seeds are imperative, thus the firm ventured into production of Certified seeds of grains & cereals, vegetable seed production, in association with Govt. agencies like National Seeds Corporation, Indian Farms & Forests Development Corporation. The firm also started it work in the feed & fodder segment for cattle & poultry farms as a linear progress in the organic value chain. Natureland as on date also generates revenues from the organic and fruit segment, backed by a organic certified agro processing unit and a team strength of 100 employees and around 200 workers.
